PCV Panama Canal Village will have four phases of construction; the first one has already started and is a reality.
Every November, for the next four years, we'll be inaugurating a new phase.

November 2002 - First phase
November 2003 - Second phase
November 2004 - Third phase

In November of this year, Grupo F Internacional will open the first of these phases, making available the Condos that will have 14 buildings of 320 suites.
The Terrace Coffee Bar will soon open its doors to the public.

This year we will also have 1 casino, 40 commercial spaces, 3 bars, 1 discotheque, a pool bar and the marina rock base.

One subject that cannot be left out as an additional benefit is the tributary incentive of fiscal exhoneration for every developer in the project functioning under law 8.
